The Itinerary
- December 15th: Group arrives in Cusco and have the day to rest/acclimate. Overnight in Cusco.
- December 16th: Cusco sites.
- December 17th: Travel to Sacred Valley and visit Pisac Site. Overnight in Sacred Valley.
- December 18th: Visit Ollantaytambo site. Overnight in Sacred Valley.
- December 19th: Travel by train to Machu Picchu and overnight in Aguas Calientes.
- December 20th: Morning shuttle bus to Machu Picchu and full day at the site. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.
- December 21st: Morning shuttle bus to Machu Picchu and full day at the site. Full Moon Solstice/Equinox Ceremony. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.
- December 22nd: Train back to Sacred Valley and return to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco.
- December 23rd: Depart Cusco to Lima, for Journey home.
The cost:
Full training/tour: $4200 CDN
50% non-refundable deposit: $2100 CDN due by June 1
*The 2nd payment of 25%: $1050 CDN due by August 15th
*The final 25%: $1050 CDN due by September 15th
Full payment by June 1st, 5% discount: $3990 CDN
Costs include:
Mastery of Deep Trance training, all accommodations (except Lima hotels), all ground transportation upon arrival to Cusco, breakfast at all hotels, entrance fees to all sacred sites, tourist card for entrance to Sacred Valley and Cusco sites, entrance fees to Machu Picchu, shuttle bus to Machu Picchu, return train fare for Machu Picchu, buffet lunch at Macahu Pichuu, entrance to Aguas Calientes (hot springs) at Machu Picchu, supplies for sacred ceremonies, all gratuities for tour services, all guide fees, all coordinator fees, contribution to community-based projects.
Costs do not include:
Domestic and International airfare, tips/gratuities for guide, lunch and dinners (with exception of buffet lunch at Machu Picchu), travel/medical insurance (required), departure tax in Lima airport (approxm $30 USD). Please plan to arrive in Cusco by December 15th or 1 or 2 days earlier to acclimate, extra hotel nights can be arranged for additional charge.
